Limited Warranty

Wet offer a twelve (12) month Limited Warranty for all of our products, and a twenty-eight (28) month Limited Warranty on our Hydraulic Pumps. The time frame of liability starts on the date of delivery, once the order has been paid in full. Our Warranty is limited to the original purchaser and only for replacement part and/or full replacements, labor and/or repair cost are not covered.


If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the warranty period, then we will either (a) send a replacement part at no charge or (b) send a full replacement that is equivalent in functionality at no charge. 


Warranty Exclusions

  • Defects caused by ordinary wear and tear, insufficient maintenance or improper operation and handling or use by the Owner. 
  • Defects caused by modifying, disassembling, servicing, or reassembling by any Third Party
  • Defects caused by failure to abide by the weight restrictions


Claims FAQ:

I would like to submit a warranty claim for a furniture defect, what do I do?

A:  Please submit a written request to info@salonzdirect.com with a description of the defect as well as a photo or video for expediting the claim.   Claims will be addressed in a timely manner once all information has been received.


My claim was approved, do I need to ship my item back to Salonz Direct?

A:  Claim returns will be addressed on a case by case basis.  There may be a need to inspect a faulty item, at which point Salonz Direct will assist in the pickup and return of the item to our facility.  Return shipments must include the provided reference number. Please ask for confirmation on both large and small claims upon approval.  


Will my replacement item and/or replacement part include a full warranty upon receipt?

A:  Labor, parts or unit replacements shall not constitute the extension or renewal of the warranty period.  If you have any questions about our Limited Warranty or Claims Process, please contact us at info@salonzdirect.com.  


What is not included in my claim and/or claim resolution?

A:  The Limited Warranty does not cover the Customer’s shipping cost (if required).  Additonally, all warranty services must be pre-approved by Salonz Direct.
